Why I Do What I Do

I’m Dr. Yelena Gidenko, a brain health coach, PhD in psychology, and a mom to a competitive athlete.

For over 20 years, I’ve helped people rewire their brains for peace, clarity, and performance. This work became personal when I saw how pressure was affecting families like mine. Athletes were burning out. Parents felt helpless. Home life was stretched thin.

I do this work because I know there’s a better way. A way that helps athletes thrive under pressure instead of collapsing from it. A way that gives parents practical tools instead of adding more stress.
